Registration

When you run the program you will be presented with a Login Dialog.

If you have previously registered, enter your Username and Password to proceed. If you do not wish to be prompted in future for these details, check the "Remember me" checkbox. Note that if you choose the "Remember me" option, it is necessary to save your password on your machine in a format that may be decrypted. To clear saved login details select "Log out" from the application control menu from the main application window.

If you are a new user, click on the "Register" link to display the Registration dialog.

Enter the details you prefer and click OK. Your Username must be at least 4 characters long and not be already in use. Your Password must be at least 4 characters long and although this program uses SSL encryption to communicate with the server and the server does not store your password (instead stores salted hashes), you are advised to follow strong password guidelines.

Note that beta version of this program require an invitation code to successfully register. You can request an invitation code from the contact page.

You must agree to the Terms and Conditions before continuing. By checking this box you are indicating that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

An e-mail will be sent to the address you specify in order to confirm your registration. This e-mail will contain you new login details for your records and will be used if you make use of the "Forgot password" facility. The e-mail will also contain a link for you to verify your e-mail address; please click this link in order to prevent your account being automatically disabled in the future.

If you forget your password, please click on the "Forgot password" link and enter your details.

If your Username and e-mail address matches what we have on file, your password will be reset and an e-mail sent to your address with your new password. If you cannot remember any of your details, please contact support.
