Race Meeting List

A) If the Race Meeting List is not visible, first ensure that that the Race Meetings category is selected in the Navigation Menu.

B) The list will show Race Meetings and Races from the selected date. The date will always default to "yesterday" when the program is started. The list will contain up to 50 Race Meetings if the date is set back.

C) Focus Next Race. This button will focus the next race that is scheduled to start. Tip: You can press the key combination "Ctrl+N" from anywhere in the program to focus the next race, then press Enter to quickly open the Race View.

D) The top-level nodes of the tree show the list of Race Meetings. Race Meetings that occur today will be shown in bold type. If the node is collapsed, double-clicking on it (or pressing Enter) will expand it so that the races for that meeting are visible. Double-click it again to open the Race Meeting View for that meeting.

E) Child nodes of a Race Meeting show the Races for that meeting. The next race scheduled to be run is shown in bold type. Next to the Race Number is the time that the race is scheduled to start. This time respects the Time Zone setting in System Settings. If the race is delayed, the time will be automatically advanced by one minute until the race starts. The Race Status is displayed after the time. If the race is in the future the status will show the time remaining until the race starts. Five minutes before the race is scheduled to start the time remaining will be highlighted in red. When the race starts and the betting has closed, the status will display Race Closed. When the provisional results are known the status will be shown as Provisional. When the all-clear is given the status will be shown as Finalised.

Note that there may be up to a minute's delay before the Race Status changes to reflect the actual race status, so do not rely on this value when trying to place your bets at the last minute.
